This year’s title is “Housing Finance in Emerging Markets: Providing Shelter. Creating Jobs. Fueling Growth”, and will focus on the importance of housing finance in terms of job creation and economic growth. There will also be a strong focus on promoting access to affordable housing for lower income households.
